Golden Terra Holdings approaches mining investment as a long-term, fundamentals-driven activity. Rather than seeking short-term returns, we focus on identifying project opportunities with genuine geological merit, evaluating them rigorously with qualified technical advisors, and supporting their responsible development over time.
Our strategy is informed by the investment approaches of established mining-focused capital providers, including the emphasis on technical arbitrage — the ability to identify value in projects that others may overlook or undervalue — and the importance of hands-on engagement with local operators, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
At this stage of our development, our primary activities involve project identification and evaluation. We are building the technical relationships, local knowledge, and operational capabilities that will support our investment activities as the Company matures. We do not currently operate producing mines, and we do not make representations regarding future production or financial returns.

We monitor geological data, ANM licence registrations, and local market intelligence to identify project opportunities in our target geographies. We prioritise areas with documented gold mineralisation history and favourable regulatory conditions.
Technical Assessment
We engage qualified geologists and technical consultants to review available exploration data, assess geological potential, and identify key risks and development requirements. This process informs our initial project evaluation.
Due Diligence
We conduct thorough legal, regulatory, and commercial due diligence on potential project opportunities, including mineral title verification, environmental compliance review, and assessment of local operational requirements.
Partner Engagement
Where a project meets our evaluation criteria, we engage with local operators, technical partners, and relevant stakeholders to explore collaboration structures and development pathways appropriate to the project's stage and potential.

Brazil is our primary investment geography. The country's extensive gold endowment, established mining regulatory framework, and significant exploration potential — particularly in emerging geological belts such as Tocantins, Pará, and Mato Grosso — make it an attractive focus for early-stage mining investment.
We are particularly focused on the Tocantins region, which has attracted increasing attention from exploration companies in recent years due to its geological characteristics and improving infrastructure. Our current project evaluation activities in Chapada da Natividade Municipality represent our initial engagement with this region.
