Golden Terra Holdings (HK) Limited · No. 80020682
The Company is developing its project evaluation capability with an initial focus on the Tocantins State — a region with established gold mineralisation and active ANM-licensed projects.
Golden Terra Holdings is currently engaged in the evaluation and early-stage exploration of a project area located in Chapada da Natividade Municipality, Tocantins State, Brazil. The project area is registered under ANM Exploration Licence No. 864.238/2012 and is situated within a geological region with a documented history of gold mineralisation.
Initial field assessment activities commenced in August 2025, conducted in collaboration with our Brazilian technical partner. These activities include geological mapping, sampling, and preliminary assessment of the project area's exploration potential. The results of this initial assessment will inform our decisions regarding further exploration investment and development planning.
Our approach to exploration is guided by technical rigour, regulatory compliance, and responsible practice. We work with qualified geological professionals and local technical partners to conduct systematic, data-driven assessments of project opportunities.
Confirming the validity and status of ANM mineral rights, reviewing applicable environmental and operational requirements, and establishing compliance frameworks for all field activities.
Reviewing available geological data, historical exploration records, and regional geological context to develop an initial understanding of the project area's potential.
Conducting systematic geological mapping, rock and soil sampling, and structural analysis to characterise the project area and identify priority exploration targets.
Working with experienced local geological consultants and operators to supplement our in-house capabilities and ensure that all exploration activities meet professional standards.
Synthesising field data and technical assessments to evaluate the project's exploration potential and develop recommendations for further investment and development activities.
Effective exploration in Brazil requires deep local knowledge — of the geology, the regulatory environment, the operational landscape, and the communities in which we work. Golden Terra Holdings is committed to building strong partnerships with experienced Brazilian professionals and organisations.
Our current project evaluation activities in Tocantins are conducted in collaboration with a Brazilian mining partner with direct operational experience in the region. We also engage specialist consultants for legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and mineral rights assessment. These partnerships are central to our approach and reflect our belief that successful resource investment in Brazil is built on local relationships and expertise.

Brazil's mining sector is regulated by the Agência Nacional de Mineração (ANM), which administers the country's mineral rights system under the Mining Code (Código de Mineração). The ANM manages the registration, granting, and monitoring of exploration licences (Licença de Pesquisa) and mining concessions (Concessão de Lavra) across Brazil's territory.
All of Golden Terra Holdings' project evaluation activities in Brazil are conducted within this regulatory framework. We work with qualified Brazilian legal and regulatory advisors to ensure full compliance with ANM requirements and applicable environmental legislation.
We welcome enquiries from potential partners and advisors.
